Jackson County 21st Century Community Learning Centers Office is located at 119 South Church Street in Ripley, WV. We have ten After-School Enrichment Learning Centers in the County. The sites are located at Cottageville Elementary, Evans Elementary, Fairplain Elementary, Gilmore Elementary, Henry J. Kaiser Elementary, Kenna Elementary, Ravenswood Grade, Ripley Elementary, Ravenswood Middle, and Ripley Middle Schools. We also serve high school students at Ripley and Ravenswood High Schools.

Our focus is on providing safe learning and enrichment activities that will enhance the students of our county and help working families. We will provide homework help and mentoring at each site along with programs that reflect our West Virginia Heritage and Appalachian Culture in the different areas of arts, literacy, technology, entrepreneurial, fitness and nutrition, and academics. Our goals are to provide opportunities for students and their families that may need homework assistance, mentoring, or the need to attend programs in an after-school setting. Our programs are free of charge, open to all students and their families, and always under supervision of an approved supervisor for the programs.
